We are seeking a TelehealthCognitive Care Neurologist to deliver expert, compassionate care to patientswith Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders through afully virtual model, expanding access to specialized neurology care nationwide.
In this role, you willconduct comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complexneurodegenerative conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinaryteam-including APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators-toprovide coordinated, patient-centered care. You will also serve as a clinicalleader, supervising APPs across multiple states and ensuring compliance withclinical and telehealth standards.
Compensation & Benefits: $260,000- $276,000 plus full benefits
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
- Completion of an accreditedNeurology residency
- Fellowship training inBehavioral/Cognitive Neurology or equivalent clinical experience stronglypreferred
- Board Certification inNeurology
- Active, unrestricted medicallicense in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibilitypreferred
- Minimum of 3 years ofclinical experience managing patients with memory or cognitive disorders
- Demonstrated proficiencywith telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments
- Strong clinical expertise incognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent communicationskills across virtual patient, family, and team interactions
- Commitment to empathetic,patient-centered care and continuous professional development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fellowship training inCognitive and Behavioral Neurology
- Prior experience supervisingAPPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice model
- Familiarity withamyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging treatments for Alzheimer'sdisease
- Experience working withinintegrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
