Part-Time Medication Aide

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part-Time Medication Aide 40 to work at Immanuel Courtyard, located at 6757 Newport Avenue, Omaha, NE 68152. Immanuel Courtyard offers 70 independent living and 68 assisted living apartment homes.

Schedule:

• 6:30 AM 2:30 PM on Monday, Friday, and every other weekend
• Approximately 26 hours per week

This position offers up to $21.44/hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do

The primary role of the Medication Aide 40 - AL is to provide Christ-centered service in resident care and support through assisting with the administration of medications including charting, reporting, and monitoring residents condition. The Medication Aide 40 - AL maintains a safe and clean environment and documents any incidents involving a resident.

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Current license as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the respective state in which he/she is employed required.

Minimum 18 years of age according to Nebraska state regulation and current Medication Aide-40 Hour on the Medication Aide Registry is required if working in the state of Nebraska.

Current Medication Aide-50 Hour is required if working in the state of Iowa.
